Fairy Tale Fortnight: April 17 - 30

Good morning, Bookworms! Welcome to Fairy Tale Fortnight, a mystical time when I will be posting book reviews revolving around fairy tale renditions every. single. day. Yes, that's right, every day! You get fourteen days of nothing but the best in recent fiction. Not to mention other fun-filled activities such as guest posts, author interviews, and giveaways!

What is Fairy Tale Fortnight, you ask? It's an awesome two-week event put together by Misty from The Book Rat and Ashley from Basically Amazing. Every day, they'll be posting a schedule with the day's events. Today alone, there are already chances to win great prizes and an interview with the amazing Jessica Day George.

If you didn't get a chance to submit a guest post or would like to participate in FTF through your own blog, you can add your entries to this post (and/or this one).

I'll post the above image at the top of each Fairy Tale-Related entry I post along with a link to the event schedule so that you guys don't have to constantly fumble your way back to this post to find a link to all the fun! ^_^

Are you excited? I know I am!

I'm also going to participate in Once Upon A Time V, which runs until June 20th. There a few different challenges, so everyone can play along! At the moment, I've decided to participate in Quest the Second:

Read at least one book from each of the four categories. In this quest you will be reading 4 books total: one fantasy, one folklore, one fairy tale, and one mythology. This proves to be one of the more difficult quests each year merely because of the need to classify each read and determine which books fit into which category. I am not a stickler, fear not, but I am endlessly fascinated watching how folks work to find books for each category.

Let's create our own Once Upon A Time together, bookworms! I've love to see you all participate! I would love to see what you're reading/watching/writing about during FTF! If you do, please share your post links with me in addition to the main blogs!
