Fairy Tale Round-Up

It’s finally May! That means the end of Fairy Tale Fortnight...until next year, of course! I hope you all enjoyed the event and discovered some new books. I know I did! (And now my TBR is even longer…!)

This week, we’ll get back to a regular schedule. I’ll review books as I finish them and not RUSH to finish one a day when I catch up to myself. ^^; I like rushing through a book b/c *I* choose to, not because I *have* to. There were a couple of fairy tale novels that I decided against reading for FTF because I wanted to savor them.

If I can finish my current read today, I have a special feature I’d like to unveil on the blog tomorrow, so be on the lookout! This week, I also plan to write the May Ones to Watch list and send you my new Book Loot posts; I’ve had one sitting here for a week waiting to go up, but felt I was already inundating you with posts! I still have two or three books to review from before FTF, too, so if I can recall enough to write a good review, up they’ll go. Otherwise, let it be known that I really enjoyed Red Glove by Holly Black and Dark Mirror by M.J. Putney. Was there another? There might have been… *thinks*

With all the posts I’ve been slamming you with, I thought it would be a good idea to create a comprehensive list of everything I’ve reviewed, who I’ve interviewed, etc. in the last couple of weeks for in case you missed something. In the words of a famous videogame plumber, “Here we go!”
