Mythological Mondays: DREAMLESS by Josephine Angelini (Reveal)

Mythological Mondays is a feature I created to spotlight books brimming with--you guessed it--mythology! I adore this sub-genre and can't wait to share my love with all of my fellow bookworms! This feature isn't just focused on novel reviews; it may also include interviews, looks at original mythological tales, etc. Please feel free to do this with me! If you guys ever do a mythological feature and want to join this and snag my lovely mermaid, I would LOVE to see the feature. I’ve even included a Linkbox for you. It doesn’t have to be Greek mythology, or even mythology per say. It can be mermaids, unicorns, or heck, even fairy tales (because I’m too lazy to do a separate fairy tale feature…). It doesn’t even have to be every Monday. I’m sure there will be Mondays when I skip, too. ^_^

Okay, so this week, it's...another cover reveal! Today really is a Cover Monday, ne? I'll try to get a review up after work tonight so there's a little variety. I don't have time before, not even to schedule one...

This past week, the cover for DREAMLESS by Josephine Angelini was revealed. Want to see?

It fits in quite well with its predecessor, STARCROSSED. The girl is wearing the same billowing outfit from before and still near a rocky beach. While the first cover was stormy and da

rk, it is now sunset (or perhaps sunrise), and everything is in shades of pink and orange. The light is shining on the rocks and dress. Her hair is billowing in the wind this time. I love the streaks of color across the sky. Author Josephine Angelini stated on her blog that this cover will get the same iridescent foil treatment the first book did. It's going to be SO. PRETTY!!!

Did you do a Mythological Mondays post?

  2. Oh, I want to read Starcrossed. It sounds like a great story. Dreamless's cover is better than Starcrossed. I like being able to see the entire face of the woman this time. I didn't like the crop of the first cover's design.
